My favorite property in Istanbul. Hospitable hotel, unique base for shopping. Favourable location at the historical center of Istanbul, easy to get around. Based close enough to metro and tram lines, and shops and restaurants, friendly staff.

The room at Dalan Hotel was cozy and comfortable, with a nice seating area and a flat-screen TV. I loved having air conditioning in the room, which made it perfect for the hot Istanbul weather. The private bathroom was clean and well-equipped, with a great shower and complimentary toiletries. The room also had a safety deposit box, which added an extra layer of security for my belongings. The free WiFi in the room was a lifesaver for staying connected during my trip.

Personally, I would have preferred a larger desk in the room, as I like to work and plan my itinerary.

The service here is good, the room is neat and cozy with comfortable furniture, terrace, and single beds, plus there's a great selection of delicious breakfast options available.

I chose Dalan Hotel -Old City Istanbul specifically to visit the Sultanahmet District, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent amenities at the hotel. The 24-hour front desk and luggage storage made my stay convenient, and the free WiFi throughout the property allowed me to stay connected. Additionally, the restaurant served delicious meals that exceeded my expectations.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were a few minor drawbacks. We had to request an additional TV remote control multiple times before receiving it, and there were no hooks on the walls to hang towels or coats.
